Booking terms and conditions

In order to secure a booking:
Deposit of 30% is payable within 10 days.
Final payment is payable 45 days before arrival.
Preferred method of payment: bank transfer.

Cancellation

60 days notification: refundable deposit
45 days notification: refundable deposit minus administration costs (CHF 250.- per apartment)
Less than 45 days: Full payment (non-refundable unless property can be re-rented but administration charges will be applicable)

All clients are liable for loss or damage to the rented property.
