Refurbished in 2004, and featured as a Tatler Top 10 chalet in 2005, this fully catered chalet offers all the amenities of modern day living yet has retained its traditional feel of a home from home. Indeed, Chalet Zen is all about old-school luxury with antique furniture, rugs and paintings giving it a wonderfully established feel.

Each of the four bedrooms features its own ensuite marble bathroom, three with balconies looking up to the mighty Matterhorn. There is also a bunk room as part of a family suite should your party be larger than eight guests.

Relax in style in the outdoor hot tub, or enjoy a steam shower or massage after a day on the slopes. Take in a film on the LCD screen or keep in touch via the chalet's wireless broadband internet service.

Description:

Chalet Zen is set amongst a small grouping of private chalets, tucked away from the road at the edge of the village looking up to the Matterhorn. This location offers excellent accessibility to both the village centre and main lift hub. The Klein Matterhorn lift, with new direct access from Furi to Riffelberg, is only 100m away and the main shops, bars and restaurants are within a five minute stroll.

This 3 storey chalet offers excellent accommodation for 8-10 guests, comprising a ground floor Sitting Room with bar, with direct access to the Terrace and Outdoor Hot Tub. The first floor is home to 2 double bedrooms, both with south facing balconies and excellent views of the Matterhorn. Here you will also find the massage and steam rooms.

The second floor is home to the 3rd Bedroom, with King Size bed, open fire and South facing balcony. The Fourth bedroom offers Super King Size luxury, or twin bed accommodation with ensuite. The Kitchen and Dining area a located off the Drawing room, leading directly on to the south facing balcony
